School Store Manager is an integrated, easy-to-use point-of-sale solution for the bookstore, snack bar, cafeteria, athletic store, and anywhere else on campus where purchases are made. The solution manages sales, inventory control, discounts, mailings, pricing, purchasing, receivables, reporting, and suppliers — helping you increase customer flow, reduce customer wait time, control inventory, and automate purchasing and routine tasks.
Produce student ID cards with bar codes for fast data entry and check out — students can use the ID cards as a "debit card" or a "credit card."
- As a debit card: Parents can pay up front and maintain a balance in the student's account. The system will not allow purchases unless funds are available.
- As a credit card: Students charge purchases to their accounts, and you can mail a detailed statement of those charges to parents for payment. Whichever method is used, parents can control how much money their child can spend.
