The Challenge: With nearly 180 faculty members, 1,600 students, and different software systems supporting each of the school’s key offices, staff members at the American School in Japan were having difficulty communicating with the community consistently and keeping track of the fast-growing student population. The Results: Approximately 180 employees from the admissions to the registrar’s office rely on a consolidated system of more than 40,000 administrative, financial, and alumni records, allowing staff to access and edit all information using a common interface.
