Established in 1880 by Pope Leo XIII, the Catholic Diocese of Dallas is the third diocese in Texas. The Catholic Diocese of Dallas now includes 67 parishes, eight missions, a college, a hospital, and many more services that reach out to people in the community. More than 500,000 members rely on the Diocese each year to provide important spiritual, educational, and social support.
The Challenge:
With the number of parishes increasing, ministries continuing to expand, and an annual campaign on the horizon, staff members at the Catholic Diocese of Dallas realized that the outdated software they were using to track pledges, store data on constituents, and create reports could not keep up with the organization’s needs.
